The Jennings family and Morpeth have an affiliation dating back to 1911 when Russell’s Great Great Grandfather Septimus began selling motor vehicles in the town after building a reputation for repairing and selling bicycles since the 1890’s. The Jennings family business developed to become a huge success and household name in the North East of England over the next 100 years. In the Late 1980’s the business was sold out of the family and still exists successfully today.
